Shannon Evarts

The last 25 years of my life have been dedicated to coaching gymnastics, raising my four children, and expanding my knowledge in education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have taught students from preschool to fifth grade. These experiences have allowed me to work with diverse learners, helping them achieve their personal goals. My passion for teaching has inspired me to start this preschool, where I can combine my two favorite things: preschoolers and gymnastics.

Throughout my life I have always had a passion for caring for others and teaching children. I have spent the last 7 years gaining extensive experience in childcare and preschool along with gaining my CDA during this time. These experiences have allowed me to be able to work with all types of children in a variety of ages. Along with that I have gained very many skills to help foster the social emotional development of each child I teach. My favorite thing about teaching children is watching them be so curious and want to learn all there is to know. I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to teach the children at Cedar Peak Learners and inspire and teach them to become all that they can be.

Natalia Heaton

Hi, I’m Miss Natalia! I am currently working toward my associate degree in child development. I’ve been part of the Cedar Peak team for two years teaching gymnastics, and I love bringing energy, encouragement, and adventure intothe classroom. When I'm not teaching I like to hike the beautiful trails of southern utah with my brothers.
